scollbar with flexibale height

I like to have a scrollbar by javascript which is flexibale with the 100& height of my contentbox.
My websitte has a header a footer,which are always onthe screen.In the middle i have a container whit a menu ont he lefta nd the content on the right. This menu is also always on the screen. Only the contentbox has to scroll insiede when content is bigger then the screen height. This contentbox has bo fixed weight(it'sdep[ending of screen of visitor)
All of the solution i can find on the net have afixed height of the scrollable area.
Do you have s aolution or source where i can find this?
