Control.Tabs fails in Safari when running locally on WAMP Server 2

Hello,
As I stated in the title the Control.Tabs script fails completley when running it in Safari from the local development program WAMP Server 2. when run in safari from an online web host however it is fine and perfect. Please can you try to figure out what causes this and to get it fixed asap
